Polk Audio All The Way!

If you are looking for the biggest, clearest, HiFi bang for your buck, you have to go for Polk Audio. I have db5251's (also available from SonicElectronics.com) in my front doors, the db691's in the rear deck, and a Polk db1222 subwoofer enclosure in the truck. I'm pushing 1600 watts RMS (100 watts into each db691) and the sound is amazing! Perfectly clear, excellent reproduction and imaging, outstanding HD HiFi that only Polk can produce for such a low price$.

These speakers are the best for the money in my opinion, i would deffentaly recommend these to anyone. I have had these for six months in my daily driver and i push them hard everyday and have not had any problems.

durable marine speakers

The polk db691's I have put to the test well my son did I had just got back from my first trip from rebuilding my bass boat and my 2 year old son was helping be clean the boat off well he kept putting the hose directly on the speakers and drowning them with water I was worried they might not work after they dry out but they held up great and sound like new still very happy with them and they sound very clear great quality speakers

Superior Sound Quality

I have finished installing a complete set of Polk speakers in my Town & Country van. (2) db691's in the back, (2) db691's in the doors, and (2) db521's in the dash. The sound is like a "Concert Hall" with the rich bass from the 691's, and the clarity and highs from the 521's. This is still coming from the standard "Head / Stereo" unit from the Town & Country. I have had several vehicles with "Premium" sound systems - but have not heard this kind of clear deep sound from any of them.
These speakers are the "BEST" value for the price.

Good Speaker for the money

I thought these where very nice speakers for the price. Play very loud, loud enough were the tweeters start to hurt your ears. Occasionally they can make a little noticeable mirror shake and its only off of head unit power. Even while pounding on them hard haven't heard much bottoming out. Solid design, easy hook up and look pretty cool to.

Superb and Well Balanced

The Polks are well balanced with good bass, great mids, and almost to much treble. The sound clarity sometimes makes me jump because the music sounds so real... I think what's that outside and it's actually the speaker producing quality sound. Speaker does need an amp if bass and VoLuMe is desired, otherwise these things almost sound like subs with superb SQ. Still the treble is a little to much when turned up, but can be tuned down. I strongly suggest this speaker to anyone looking for an awesome full range speaker. The only 6x9s that are better are competition series which cost much more. Excellent value!!

Polk db 5.25" component speakers

These speakers have really clear sound quality and some pretty decent bass for component speakers. The only problem i had with them was the durability, the soldering that wired the diode to the positive connector was a little weak and broke on two of four of these speakers. But i should also mention that i was pretty rough on these when i first got them. But all four of them are holding up and kickin great after 6 months so far. And after these speakers i've sworn by polk audio ever since in the rest of my car audio purchases

Crisp

These speakers were recommended by the guys at Sonic. NICE JOB!! these are exactly what my system was looking for. If you need a great set of speakers that produce crisp highs and solid mids then these are the speakers you want. Pair them with a good amp and sub, you got a winner.
