Called to ask why the extension cable was about 3 times longer than anyone one could use on ANY Tacoma! Finally got someone on the phone about 15 minutes into the call. They didn’t know anything and tried to connect me with someone in “Sales”. I have a timer on my cell phone so after being on hold for 45 minutes I hung up.
