The Kicker 50CVX124 is a 12" dual-voice-coil transducer that represents the absolute peak of Kicker's round subwoofer engineering. Drawing directly from the elite technology found in the legendary Solo-Baric L7, the CompVX 12 is designed for listeners who demand the mechanical power and displacement of a flagship competition driver in a traditional circular format. It features a solid SoloKon one-piece cone with 360-degree back bracing and a heavy-duty ribbed Santoprene surround, ensuring perfectly linear movement and surgical acoustic precision even at extreme output levels.
To manage the immense energy of a 750-watt RMS load, the CompVX is built on a cast aluminum basket with perimeter venting and a massive ceramic magnet. Thermal management is handled by the UniPlate extended pole piece and backplate, which act as a high-efficiency heat sink to protect the high-temp voice coils during intense use. With its signature double blue surround stitching and satin nickel spring-loaded terminals, the 50CVX124 provides the uncompromising low-frequency foundation required for sophisticated, high-performance mobile audio systems.
