The product is brand new with only the packaging not being in perfect condition. This occurs sometimes because our warehouse teared the box or it was slightly damaged during shipment to our warehouse.

Very nice overall quality and design! Easy to set up and has more than enough power for a typical vehicle set up. I went with the Open Box deal and it does not look like it was ever opened in the first place! I would not hesitate to purchase again!
