Came with a defective SD card which Ingenix replaced without a hassle. Can't seem to find a map update anywhere. GPS antenna seems a bit slow at times. Have yet to install the RCA cords for the back up camera and DVD player. the main problem is finding a map update program

Great budget stereo
This stereo is great for the price, lots of connections for sub, cameras, TV tuner input etc. I would have gave this stereo 5 stars, but there are a few little things that bring the rating down. In my other car, I have a top of the line double din from kenwood, so I do know what a great sound quality system sounds like. The precision power 731nx is a bargain, more outputs inputs than anyone would need, plays dvd videos and I tried one xvid video and played great, mp3s play as they should, both on cd and through USB, the navigation works perfect, but it is not TomTom as stated, it's actually Gogo, but I am happy with it. Picture in picture is great when using the navigation and listening to the radio and needing to change stations, the eq is 7 band and there is a crossover setting, but only for the subwoofer. The Bluetooth works excellent, paired to my Sony Xperia z ultra first try and sound calls I have been told sound great, there is a mic included with very long wire, so placement is no issue, I've also used the music streaming over Bluetooth and works great with music or anything you want to hear, Iheart, Pandora, YouTube etc. Home screen you can drag and drop up to 6 quick items, like radio, Bluetooth music, dvd etc. Formated correctly you can have photos show as screen savers and 2 are included, one shows mph, which direction(compass) and time, using GPS. Touch screen is just right with sensitivity and response is as quick or quicker than my $800 kenwood double din. So overall it's a great value and one of few that can fit in single din spot, but gives you double din size. Now my minor complaints that take away 1 star, screen resolution is OK, not HD, just good enough for standard resolution. Face is thick, a few years ago this might be fine, but no reason in this Era. Crossovers, only minimal settings for subs and none for highs. This unit is upgradable as far as firmware, but company never released any updates for the stereo firmware or navigation. I've had 2 times the stereo just froze up and I had to shut off the vehicle to get it back working right, but that's a common issue with windows ce based devices which is outdated now. Make this same stereo android based and I would have one in every vehicle I own.

Great Value! Works well!!
For the money this unit exceeds the price. Navigation has many features that I did not expect at this price level. Radio sound is good just wish it had an HD option. Bluetooth works very well and allows for easy hands free calling while driving. The PIP is a big plus! Install was easy and straight forward. The manual has a lot when compared to other like systems. The DVD play is good (the picture is a little slow) but the sound quality is great. The radio looks very nice, and I have piece of mind with the screen removed. This radio was installed in a Jeep Wrangler. Its hard to find a 7 inch single dinn down facing radio that will fit a Jeep. This one fits and fits well. Dislikes cant turn off the voice navigation feature (only down) Cant seen to find a map update for this unit. Came on time and as described good job by Sonic Electronix.
