These toroids (basically just wire coils) help to regulate the voltage in the amplifier. By overbuilding them, Audiopipe ensures that every CL series amp puts out even, consistent power for the best possible sound, and the longest life from your components.
When redesigning the Consumer Line series, Audiopipe took great care in designing an amplifier that would not overheat. These amps feature a high quality aluminum heat sink with cooling fins running along each side and grills embedded in the top plate to ensure outstanding heat dissipation and prevent any unwanted heat related shutdowns.
Audiopipe’s multi-channel Consumer Line amplifiers feature high level inputs (or speaker level inputs) to allow much simpler installations. High level inputs eliminate the need for RCA cables and line output converters by picking up the audio signal directly from the speakers in your car. They are ideal for use with factory radios that do not have RCA outputs to run amplifiers.
