Customer service is amazing and very helpful. They keep you informed throughout your shopping experience. You get a lot for your money, and the products are well-made. I purchased a subwoofer—a special box made for my Corvette—with an amp and wiring, a full kit. Everything was well put together as a system, and the kit came with instructions for stock head unit usage. My car has an aftermarket head unit. Customer service allowed me to return the part I didn't need and painlessly refunded my money. I will do more business with them for my next purchase and highly recommend them to anyone.
