Adam was exceptional in helping me put together an order. Without Adam I could not do this job...anyone can order things off amazon...but Adam was the key to getting the car sounding correct and answering questions - including tools.
So I had a conversation with Natasha this morning and Not only was all of my concerns about my order resolved but she was absolutely Pleasant to talk to and very very helpful. I had zero complaints zero stress and I didn't have to talk to a computer. I'm very very satisfied and pleased by her customer service and her representation of the company does she works for. I'll be asking for her in the future if I have any other issues or I just want to place an order. Absolutely five stars without a doubt

I called in just to get a RA number for a few items I had purchased a few months ago. But the items was past their return date and their warranty date. I was speaking to Wesley M and he asked me what was the reason for the return. I informed him that I just wanted an in-store credit so I can purchase a new item. Since he was not able to take the items back he discounted my new item purchased down to where I was happy. Now that's what I call great customer service. Wesley M and Sonic Electronix is the best way to go.
Derricka helped me with my order this morning, after I couldn’t find it when I payed with Paypal. Besides being absolutely courteous and helpful she was extremely knowledgeable about the products. You don’t find customer service like that in too many businesses today.
