Wow.... I cant say enough about the NVX brand, Sonic Electronix and the people they have working for them. I bought a smart isolator for my dual battery setup and when I got it, I installed it and could never get the red light to come on the button. Thinking it was defective, I called their support line and talked to Jeremy... he was extremely helpful and he thought it may have been the small black box that sits on the side or the button itself. He sent out a replacement black box and button and I installed it.... no change. Called him back and he arranged for a complete new isolator be sent out.... waited for about a week and found out they were out of stock... I got covid.... and moved back to Arizona from DC.... life happened and fast forward a year and my main battery was dead.... I completely forgot to call back for the replacement. I called NVX again and remembered Jeremys name, but he no longer worked there.... I spoke to Jazmyne and explained to her the situation and she immediately sent out a new one. After installing this one, what do you know... the button works and there is an audible click from the isolator after the button is pressed.... boom, batteries are bonded with the truck off. It works!!!! So happy to have established a relationship with them and sorry to hear that Jeremy is no longer with the company. He was super helpful when I needed it and Jazmyne was just as helpful. Thank you so much guys!!!

Excellent Customer Service!

A network snafu caused my package to be sent to an old and now non-existent address. I called SE customer service and Jasmyne R answered right away (essentially no wait time, and this was post-Black Friday time frame). I explained my problem in one sentence and without another word, she went into action, explored different solutions, picked the best one, followed up with email and my package was delivered the next day. This attention to detail is a rarity these days. Thank you Jasmyne!

Hey there! i just wanted to say how impressed i am with Sonic Electronix. I ordered a sub in a prefab box that came and it had a manufacture defect. Being a first time customer i was really worried how it would be handled etc. I called in and worked with Jasmine. All i have to say is that it was the best customer service experience i think i've ever had. I work in the hard goods industry and realize the impact customer service has and Jasmine was by far one of the best i've ever dealt with. She made me feel happy, and of value as a customer etc. You guys gained a customer for life and are very lucky to have such great people working for you! I will be a repeat customer for ever.
