I had a question with billing and the rep Derricka I talked to was so wonderful, she answered every question I had and treated me like family instead of just a customer. My experience was so wonderful I'm looking forward to ordering more products from here. I've ordered lots of things from other places but none of them had good customer service untill I talked to Derricka she was such a pleasure to talk to and reassured me on the questions I had. Sometimes products can be good but the customer service lacks and makes a company not that great but the product I received and the service Derricka did surely makes this company number 1 in my book Thankyou for making my experience awesome. I am a long time customer and have purchased five head units from Sonic Electronix. My last purchase was Feb 1st,2021. I purchased a JVC KW-M560BT to install in my 2001 Chevy S10 Extended Cab work truck. When I ordered i was excited about the features of the unit and rushed the order without reading the ordering form properly. Once I received the product, I realized my mistake and called Sonic Electronix. I talked to Matt and after a few minutes and checking my order, the items I overlooked were being shipped to me at no charge.
This is real customer service and the reason why i have been a loyal customer for over 8 years.
Sonic Electronix has great quality products at reasonable prices, fast shipping, a great return policy and the best customer service available anywhere.
This is a honest customer friendly business. I do not purchase my audio anywhere else.

Big shout out to Travis that went the extra mile to help me get my XKIT46 in a rush so thankful, I just had a day to work on my semi to install a new receiver upgrade all around speakers connect the amp to the sub and add 4 6.5 speakers, but I really needed that XKIT46, and travis made it happened got it on monday and next day I started working on it, this kit is great, I wouldn't set anything else in my semi, Thank you Travis and thank you NVX for a great quality product.
