Great customer service and follow through. I received my speakers and replacement antenna in just a few days, shipping was included at no extra cost. For the price the speakers sound good. Was not sure how to install the antenna, no installation tech sheet and the manufacturer did not have one either. Support did their best but could not come up with one. I resorted to YouTube where you can find installation videos on almost anything and after watching a couple of them figured out how the installation works. I would definitely buy from Sonic again.
