Incredible service! I've been doing customer service jobs my whole working life and I've also been quite a consumer like most of you who will read this. We go out and buy goods/services on a daily or weekly basis and quite frankly (and to my surprise) most of what I get is pathetic customer service. No smile, no help, no nothing that you would expect when you are providing their paycheck. I've spoken to several different customer service people from Sonic and have been helped and 100% satisfied. This company has a wide range of products to choose from and whether you are looking for top of the line or are on a budget you will get an excellent price. Besides the great customer service I have to say they are on point with their shipping. I live in California which is where they are located, but even compared to other companies based in California I have not experienced speedy shipping like this. In addition to great pricing they also offer "help videos" and wonderfully detailed product descriptions for most items. I also use Sonic as a reference when I need information on equipment I am working with. I have never received any damaged items, all purchases have been delivered quickly and in perfect working condition.
