I had a great customer service experience. Brian S. helped me select the best system for my car without upselling. He answered every question and was extremely knowledgeable. I can't wait to get my system. Sonic's selection and pricing are hard to beat. I shopped for weeks and had "paralysis by analysis". Thanks to Sonic, I saved a couple hundred bucks and got better equipment than all the local shops I visited.

Excellent customer service. Ordered 2 subwoofers and was informed that they were backordered. Was offered substitute woofers, wait for item to be in stock or cancel order. Chose to wait for original product. Was given updates and options every week until product shipped. Great communication from the company to ensure my satisfaction. Best online ordering experience I've had. Ordered a set of speakers & needed them the next day so I paid for overnight shipping, I really wasn't sure if I'd get them in time but sure enough the next morning at 10 am they arrived. Outstanding service and fast processing time. This company is amazing.
