Designed with an emphasis on earth shattering power, and exceptional sound quality through advanced engineering and efficient production technologies, the new Tantrum series amplifiers from Phoenix Gold break the barrier in affordable, high end car audio. In fact, every aspect of this line is new from the ground up! While affordability typically means sacrificing high performance features, the Tantrum series breaks new ground with its built-in options. For superior sound reproduction, the Tantrum 400.4 amplifier feature internal, defeatable 18dB per octave crossovers and is equipped with inputs that can be connected directly to a high power head unit for greater versatility. This series also offers an adjustable 18 dB Bass Boost at 45 Hz for that slam in your face bass. These amplifiers handle the demands of a high performance mobile audio system with maximum power and dependability. The PWM Mosfet power supply commands maximum output, even under intense heat, while the new thermally efficient heatsink design supplies improved thermal dissipation. This, combined with the built-in overload and thermal protection circuitry, provides safe and reliable performance. Optional LPL wired Low Pass Level control and RMD Remote Monitoring Display.

Yes I own this product as of right now I've had it for over two years and it has not failed me yet I"m now just trying to find out ways to hook it up in my house seeing as I don't have the car anymore so ya. Besides this this amp is a great buy and great for multi speaker use and a plus Sub use as well like it can handle multi use and does well in a sub department if you know what I mean lol it work the HBO out of my 800W Pioneer Premiers SVC but yeah other then this I can't say that there is one thing wrong with this amp :)
