NVX's NDA series amplifiers is audiophile power on a budget. It bridges the gap between price and performance, giving you pro-tier features like balanced inputs and true RMS power without the boutique price tag.
Absolutely. As long as your pro speakers are capable of up to 600W RMS power, you could connect two pairs of those speakers or one pair of speakers and a subwoofer on channels 3-4 on a bridged connection.
Balanced differential inputs ensure that the NDA6004 rejects unwanted noise. It rejects the electromagnetic interference (EMI) from your car's wiring, ensuring you hear the music clearly.
No, and we don't recommend it. The bridged channel (3-4) is only rated at 4-ohms. Connecting a 2-ohm subwoofer would lead to the subwoofer's coils overheating.
NDA6004, being a 4-channel amplifier, is intended more for vocals and mids with an option to connect a subwoofer alongside a pair of speakers. Bass boost would only muddy the sound. Might as well pair this with our N-Series monoblock amps.
It doesn't have a specific bass restoration circuit, but the high-gain input and separate sub-control allow you to compensate manually. It’s the manual fix for keeping your bass strong.
Not at all. NDA6004 requires a 4-gauge wire. Using a lower gauge wire increases electrical resistance, leading to potential safety hazards like fires and equipment failure. Shop for 4-gauge wires through Sonic Electronix.
Check your crossover filters. Clipping causes heat. Use the filter to cut out frequencies your box can't play. You might also want to check your speakers if they're toasted and needs a replacement.
It should never stay on. If it's solid, you're frying your voice coils with distortion. The clipping indicator should only turn on during a square wave signal that could destroy your drivers.
No, it’s passively cooled. Its heavy-duty sink is the thermal solution. This makes it perfect for silent use where you don't want to hear fan noise in the background of your music.

Smooth performance in a small package

I'm using this amp to power a set of 6.5 coaxials and a set of 6.5 mid bass drivers in my regular cab pickup. I can run my alpine head unit up to max volume without distortion in either of the speakers, just clean, clear sound. Not that I can stand the volume for more than a few seconds, but the amp will push them cleanly as loud as I'd ever want them to go. I bought the amp for those 6.5s, but I ran it for a while on my sub just to test it out and it would get down with authority. The amp runs cool / no issues with thermal protection. The build quality is great... just a clean, small form factor that'll fit almost anywhere, yet provide more power than you'd expect for the size. I don't have any complaints. Its my first NVX product, but the name has had great reviews from what I found, so I didn't have any real worry about quality / reliability issues. I'm actually looking to delve into the NVX subs next for another project. If you're looking for a nice 4 channel amp at this power rating, I'd recommend this NDA6004.

Compact with good power

Good quality and sound. RCAs are board mounted so it’s important to adjust the ground barrel side of the cables first a proper fit. If cables are too tight it could be possible to break the board mounts. Rest of the build is solid.
