Accu-Cross Crossovers for Sound Shaping
The Gods have struck again from Mt. Olympus. The famous Brutus amplifier has gone through a redesign and now features a new look along with amazing sound. The design for the new Brutus BRX amplifiers has a blue illuminated underglow that gives the amplifier a floating appearance when properly mounted.
The molded and angled illuminated terminals add to the stylish design and also provide stress-free installation access. Accu-Cross crossovers allow for adjustments and sound shaping. The Ultra-Fi MOSFET power supplies ensure the amplifier can maximize its sound capabilities. The new Brutus BRX amplifiers take it to the next level, and are certainly a brutal amplifier.
Molded and Angled Illuminated Terminals
The full-range multi-channel Brutus BRX amplifiers all feature Super A/B Class technology. This complex circuitry was initially developed purely for the flagship Mt. Olympus amplifiers – however this superior technology was passed on to the Brutus line as well. This efficient circuitry allows for maximum sound quality while also ensuring maximum efficiency.
Initially Brutus amplifiers were only monoblock amplifiers by Hifonics, however for 2013 they deicded this amplifier series was too good to pass up, and added two-channel and four-channel alternatives to their purely subwoofer filled lineup. These new stylish multi-channel amplifiers were welcomed with open arms by the car audio industry, and have performed extremely well on the market since being released.

Great Amp
Amp is used for my doors. Power four Infinity Kappa's. Real HQ amp. Hifonics is CEA Certified and this amp is a great example why. True power is being distributed to each speaker.
Pros: CEA Certified amp. Very durable. Terminals hold wire very well. Looks good.
Cons: none
I would recommend this amp to anyone.

great amp Hifonics BRX640.4
This amp is reall good, I have it bridged to two p2 fosgates 12" on a thirdgen camaro convertible in a sealed box. Man it hits hard.. the amp don't get hot at all..it looks awesome at night...

Everything works perfect, great quality only thing is it doesnt come with remote knob so i just bought an rca remote level knob. No problem here

Pretty awesome amp
This amp runs my kicker 5.25's and mtx 6.5 component set on two channels and fosgate 6x9s on the other two. The sound is incredibly crisp and loud. The amp does a great job especially for the price. The only thing I somewhat dislike is the large size, but if you have room you cannot go wrong with this amp.

Eh tu Brute'
This amp is a monster, powers my RE XXX6.5C speakers with ease!, and runs relatively cool! The lights look pretty cool too! Buy this amp you will not be disappointed.

Great power
I have this running my alpine type r components and co ax speakers in my car and they sound amazing. Have great mid bass from the amp and the amp looks awesome at night with the seats down.

True power and features
I have this powering four Rockford fosgate 6x8 powers and it is true power. Has a lot of features, easy to use, love the heat sinks and led's. Does get hot after awhile though. Mine had a problem with the RCA inputs and one of the corner were broke off but I guess that happened in shipping but other than that the amp is great.
