Every audio experience (music, movies, video gaming, etc.) is better with better sound. If you're not sure what we mean by "better" sound all you have to do is listen to your current earbuds or headphones, then plug in a pair of Paradigm headphones. The difference is audible. Paradigm's SHIFT series products are the result of thirty years of sound research and product development. Their sound quality is the result of pure scientific data and extensive critical listening on the part of Paradigm. Each one is tuned to sound like their award-winning high-end loudspeakers. What you hear when you plug in with Paradigm SHIFT series is exactly what you should hear ... a faithful reproduction of the original source, no different than if you were listening to a Paradigm loudspeaker. If you're listening to a live concert recording, your SHIFT headphones will make it feel "live."
Paradigm's unique understanding of what makes a speaker sound magical in a listening room is applied to the design of their in-ear headphones. Paradigm uses sophisticated measurement tools and proprietary algorithms while accounting for the psycho-acoustic effects of the ear structure in developing their design. This allowed them to faithfully reproduce the performance of their freestanding loudspeakers in an in-ear headphone.

I would recommend these Head phones. They Hold up to my 11 year old son. Every thing he play's with ends up tangled. Bought my 14 year old Daughter a set also she prefers these over her Samsung that came with her phone and a set on Sienhisers that are aged.

Picked up these headphones for $4 - so great price! Sound quality is adequate. The bass is excellent - equal to that of my Beats Studios - or better, the mids and highs are quiet until reaching about 75% volume then the equalization begins to even out, before then, bass is strong and mids/highs sound muffled. The headphone jack likes to pop out quite frequently from my HTC M8, not sure if its a phone issue or headphone issue, but it is quite annoying. They come out just enough to hear the music, but it is extremely distorted until pressing the jack back into the phone. Overall, for $4, these headphones are excellent.
