Don't let the small footprint fool you (2.38" x 7.76" x 13.28"), the PM500X2 is packed with industry leading technology. Rockford Fosgate does not simply paint an amplifier white and call it "Marine Grade"; with corrosion resistant stainless steel hardware and two-part epoxy coated circuit boards, these units are designed with the most extreme elements in mind. Centrex and ASA plastic materials are used for their UV radiation resistance and components are tested in accordance with ASTM D4326 testing and certification procedures. Take the headache out of tuning your amplifier. Rockford Fosgate’s integrated level setting technology called CLEAN (Calibrated Level Eliminates Audible Noise), utilize simple LED indicators to identify both signal clipping from the audio source and the output level clipping to the speakers.
