When it is time for some serious power for your car audio system, Hifonics is the way to go. The Brutus Series Amplifiers are in line with the high power output that Hifonics is known for.
Incorporating Super D-Class circuitry allows for dedicated, efficient power for higher bass response without sacrificing sound pressure. The Ultra-Fi MOSFET outputs chosen for the Brutus Series are typically used for music production where high power, efficient cooling and minimal distortion are key. They allow these amps to produce high power with minimal distortion.
The included bass knob can allow you to adjust your bass to match any genre of music you listen to. The Brutus Series also has RCA outputs for daisy chaining multiple amps together for even more power. Designed to get loud, the Brutus Series Amplifiers are ideal for a pounding audio system!

Great amp! The power out put is way beyond the price of this AMP. If you DON'T want to WASTE your MONEY on a top of the line amp I would buy this amp. Sound quality is great for the price.

HELP PLEASE!
I still have great hopes for this amp, even though im experiencing issues with it! Everything is hooked up, but I get no response from my subwoofer. The Hifonics logo won't light up, but the green power light DOES light up. My aftermarket head unit (Pioneer DEH X7500HD) did not have a spot to connect a remote turn on lead, so i connected the remote turn on to the radio fuse in my car's(2002 Volvo S60 2.4T) fuse box. I could REALLY use some help here! Thanks so much!

one of the best budget amps
first f all when I first received this amp, I was extremely surprised by how big it is, its bigger than my 2000 watt RMS amp the amp (although CEA compliant) most likely cannot run on the sub channel at 1 ohm for a long period of time, the reason for this is because the amp is only CEA compliant at 4 ohms which is why you only see the 4 ohm power rating on the outside of the amp. so the 1 and 2 ohm power rating are likely exaggerated, however for the price, you just can't complain. btw this amp has no sub sonic filter.

Best 5ch amplifier Hands Down. Go get one
This is my 3rd one! If you are looking for a single amp to power your system look no further, Hifoincs is the way to go. The highs are incredible and the bass is outstanding. I have this amp running 1ohm 1000w to a Massive Audio Toro 122 (ported enclosure) Everyone is amazed when I tell them "Only 1 12 in the trunk" and then they find out "only one amp" they are simply amazed. This amp has NEVER shut down on me and I live in Florida 100F + days.

Its A Good Amp
Price is ridiculously good for a 5 ch amp that has 1000W output on the sub ch! It also seems to produce the wattage that it claims. I have it pushing a Kicker CompR 12" (800W RMS/1600W Peak) @ 1Ohm. I was a little concerned about the amp being mounted in the spare tire well (only place it would fit because its HUGE!) of my xB2 since there isn't any ventilation or way for heat to escape but I've NEVER had a problem with the amp!
The issue I have with the amp is that it doesn't seem to reproduce all the sub frequencies very well. The low, slap you in the face, hard hitting bass is good but when it tries to hit the frequencies slightly above those frequencies, it struggles. I've read through several forums and people state the same issue with the Hifonics monoblock amps as well.
Overall its a good amp and I would recommend it as an all-in-one solution, but it does struggle with reproduction of certain frequencies.

Best bang for your buck
This amp hits hard, runs cool, and is a great value for the price. I have it running 2 MTX thunder series subs running in parallel at 2 ohms.

best amp for double this price point
5 channel amp that does what it says and more. Have it running 6.5" kicker components and 6x9"s and two 10" soundqubed 600watt subs. Now the mono part of the amp says it puts out 1000 watts @1 ohm. However two subs at 600 a piece and the amp pushes them with out a problem. Oh and the amp looks amazing as well.
Only downfall on this amp is the angled terminals. Little longer to install if you are putting on an amp rack. However not to bad.
Did not put anything for durability due to only having it a month.

Everything in one amp...
I bought this amp because it had everything I wanted in just one amp. It is nice to have all my connections in just one amp without having to have different amps for different components. Also nice to be able to just have the power connections and ground for just one amp as well.
