What makes the NDA Series special for car audio enthusiasts?

NVX's NDA series amplifiers is audiophile power on a budget. It bridges the gap between price and performance, giving you pro-tier features like balanced inputs and true RMS power without the boutique price tag.

I'm bridging the front channels for pro audio midrange drivers. What would happen to the subwoofer?

Nothing! The sub channel is independent. You can bridge channels 1-4 for 300W x 2 and still have 500W for your bass. It’s the "Stage Power" solution for loud, front-focused systems.

What are Balanced Differential inputs and why should I care?

Balanced differential inputs ensure that the NDA11005 rejects unwanted noise. It rejects the electromagnetic interference (EMI) from your car's wiring, ensuring you hear the music clearly.

Can I connect a single 1-ohm subwoofer to the NDA11005's fifth channel?

No, because the 5th channel is stable at 2-ohms. Connecting a 1-ohm subwoofer would lead to the subwoofer's coils overheating. The 5th channel is only for one dual 4-ohm subwoofer or a pair

My door speakers are all 2-ohm. Will this amp overheat?

Not at all. Assuming all your drivers are at 2-ohm, you'll be getting 1100W RMS of power across your speakers and subs. It’s the high-current solution for complex, multi-speaker setups that need a lot of juice.

My factory radio cuts bass at high volume. Can having NDA11005 in my car audio system help?

It doesn't have a specific bass restoration circuit, but the high-gain input and separate sub-control allow you to compensate manually. It’s the manual fix for keeping your bass strong.

My previous amplifier uses an 8-gauge wire, but I want a more powerful amplifier. Can my stock wire work with NDA11005?

Not at all. NDA11005 requires a 4-gauge wire. Using a lower gauge wire increases electrical resistance, leading to potential safety hazards like fires and equipment failure. Shop for 4-gauge wires through Sonic Electronix.

How does the NDA11005 stop the burning smell from my speakers?

Check your crossover filters. Clipping causes heat. Use the filter to cut out frequencies your box can't play. You might also want to check your speakers if they're toasted and needs a replacement.

I noticed the 'clipping' LED indicator of the NDA11005 turned on for quite some time now. Is it normal?

It should never stay on. If it's solid, you're frying your voice coils with distortion. The clipping indicator should only turn on during a square wave signal that could destroy your drivers.

Will the NDA11005 fit under my truck's seat?

At just 10.15" long and 1.73" tall, NDA11005's slim profile is great for hiding a complete high-power system in tight gaps where standard 5-channels won't fit.

really good sound for the money

great price and super compact amp with lots of features. lots of power and super clean audio coming from this amp running my whole system which is very convenient. only complain I have with it is the lack of traditional tighten down connections block for the speaker wire on the 4 channels, though it did at least have them for the sub channel.

This NVX NDA11005 is the perfect addition to any factory car stereo setup. Perfectly sized so it can be placed anywhere, sounds great once setup properly, and is inexpensive. The perfect trifecta for a great sounding system at a budget price point. Seriously underrated. Easily connected to my factory 2023 Honda Civic Hatchback and matched to my NVX 6.5" coaxial door speakers with a 10" NVX DV sub running at 2 ohms. Unbelievably clear and loud if wanted. No regrets with this purchase. In fact thinking of getting another for my motorcycle, but that could be a bit of overkill.

This 5 channel amp sounds amazing
