The UFO10V2 is a must have for under the rear seat, or behind seat boxes for pickup trucks. To produce the same great bass that the renowned TKO series does, we used a very similar 2.5” EISV aluminum voice coil, and gave it loads of venting, through the basket and through the pole, to keep cool under hard bass notes. Massive Audio also brought over similar cotton progressive spiders with woven leads to keep the cone under control and no mechanical noise.
The UFO10V2 is not just a great performer in a small space, it is also a killer value too. You will be hard pressed to find a quality comparable sub in this price bracket. The Massive Audio UFO10V2 will not only save you space, but it will save you money, while having that peace of mind in owning a great Massive Audio subwoofer, you could even say the UFO10V2 is out of this world.

JL replacement that bangs
So this shallow mount sub was purchased to replace a blown JL Audio 10WX-4. I was like a kid on Christmas Eve waiting for its arrival. I promptly unboxed and pulled the old JL and was going to mount the new sub, but had to widen the cutout (as expected). Once I got the cutout widened, I mounted this beast (I dialed in the JL J2 250 amp settings prior to widening the cutout). I wired everything up (sub at 2 ohm), made some micro adjustments to the amp and external crossover settings and was ready to rock and roll. This sub did not disappoint in any way, shape or form and sounds amazing!!! (I think it sounds better than the JL) This was a great choice and I’m glad I bought it. For a little old 10” sub, it played artists like Firehouse, Beastie Boys, Bass Mekanik, contemporary Christian, blues, 90s rap and some more genres flawlessly. It has some pretty good bump for being in a small sealed box. I actually think the JL amp is a little underpowered, but it still sounds amazing and so far, I am highly satisfied with this sub. If you’re thinking about buying it and are on the fence, DO IT!!!! You won’t be disappointed.
