The Kicker 52CVT104 is a high-performance 10" shallow-mount subwoofer designed specifically for tight installations, such as behind the seat of a pickup truck or in compact custom enclosures. Its standout feature is a unique ventless pole piece; because it vents through the sides of the basket rather than the back of the magnet, you can mount the sub flush against the rear wall of the enclosure to save every possible inch of depth. With a mounting depth of just 4-1/4", it provides a practical solution for adding significant bass to a vehicle without sacrificing valuable cabin or cargo space.
Technically, the 52CVT104 is built for durability and clarity, featuring an injection-molded SoloKon™ cone and a signature red-stitched Santoprene® surround. It handles a stout 375 Watts RMS and utilizes Kicker’s Forced-Air Cooling™ technology to keep the motor assembly running cool during heavy use. This 4-ohm single voice coil model is an ideal choice for those building a custom "stealth" system who need a reliable, hard-hitting driver that can perform at its peak in very small air volumes.
