Stop looking and Buy some already!
American Bass xfl series are hands down the ultimate in subwoofers for the price range they are in. Very smooth frequency response across the board. My xfl 1044's replaced jl 10w6, which are no comparison in size or sound. The xfls take a good 10-20 hrs to break-in. They seem a little disappointing prior to this but after you will not be disappointed!! 2 XFL's, 3000w rms Amp and get ready for some tremendous Bass!
